POSITION OVERVIEW  Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF) is seeking a Title Examiner for Florida Title Production.  FNF is a leading provider of title insurance and transaction services to the real estate and mortgage industries. More information about FNF can be found at fnf.com.  LOCATION  This position is hybrid based in Maitland, FL.  DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES  Searching and Examining.  Use our Title plant and our Production software to create title packages and reports.  Work with our offshore team.  Customer service.  Search our title plant and public records for legal documents related to property.  Examine those documents for validity and accuracy.  Prepare reports that outline actions needed to clear title.  Report any defects or discrepancies in the title chain.  MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS  High school diploma or GED equivalent.  3-5 years of Florida Title Search and Exam.  Knowledge and understanding of Foreclosures, Probates and Bankruptcy and how those affect title.  Experience with Title Point and Title Wave a plus, but not necessary.  Good computer and typing skills.  Must be able to meet productivity goals and turn times.  Detail Oriented.  COMPENSATION & BENEFITS FNF, its affiliates, and subsidiaries carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, specialty, experience, and work location.
