We made history and now we work to transform the future – for our customers, our communities and our families. You'll see your work on the road every day, helping people move freely and pursue their dreams. At Ford, you can build more than vehicles. Come build what matters.

Ford Pro is a new global business within Ford committed to commercial customer productivity. Ford Pro delivers a work-ready suite of vehicles, accessories and services for virtually every vocation, backed by technology and engineered for uptime. A true one-stop shop, we offer a full portfolio of electrified and internal combustion vehicles designed to integrate seamlessly with the Ford Pro ecosystem, helping customers' businesses thrive today and into the new era of electrification.

In this position...

Ford Pro is seeking a strategic, results-driven professional to help shape the future direction of our commercial vehicle business. In this role, you will define and drive the strategic direction of Ford Pro Vehicles, ensuring alignment with the overall enterprise strategy while shaping the long-term vision for the business. You'll lead market research and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities, and translate high-level strategy into portfolio strategy.

This is a highly cross-functional role. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, design, engineering, finance, and manufacturing teams to develop compelling and compatible product concepts.

You will play a significant role in spearheading the future portfolio strategy that feeds Ford's cycle plan, and you'll be responsible for translating insights into concise, compelling narratives that influence decision-making at the senior leadership level.

What you'll do...

  • Lead market research and competitive benchmarking to assess opportunities
  • Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps
  • Craft compelling narratives and presentations for senior stakeholders
  • Drive future portfolio strategy feeding into the cycle plan

You'll have...

  • 3+ years of experience in production vehicle development, strategy, marketing, or planning
  • 3+ years experience in the automotive sector, fleet/commercial vehicles, or other industries relevant to Ford Pro
  • Demonstrated track record of leading high-impact projects, with the ability to think and act independently, juggle competing priorities, and drive problem-solving
  • Proven ability to navigate a large, matrixed organization — building consensus and moving projects forward without direct authority
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, including facilitating teamwork, governing project teams, and mentoring colleagues
  • Polished verbal communication and presentation skills, along with structured writing ability, to translate insights and business cases into narratives that influence senior stakeholders
