Job Description
We will be holding a hiring event on Wednesday 8/05. Allied Universal is now hiring Security Guards for local Hospitals in Ventura, CA. Job Fair Location: 3585 Maple St Suite 232 Ventura CA 93003 8:00 am to noon Schedule Available: Swing and Graves with overtime and weekends required ! Shifts can be 8 - 12 hrs. $23.00 pay rate 📋 Requirements ✔ Active California Guard Card✔ Minimum 1 year of Security experience✔ Ability to pass a Background Check✔ Ability to pass a Drug Screen Primary Responsibilities:- Physical crime deterrence
- Threat identification and response
- Foot patrols and surveillance of hospital grounds
- Access control enforcement
- Emergency response and crisis management
- Delivering exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy
- Assisting with the secure transfer and identification of deceased individuals
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):
- Ability to speak, read, and write in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic)
- Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience
