Pay Rate: $24.44 / Hour

- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a technology and media location.
- Monitor communications systems, alarms, and/or access-related notifications; receive calls for service and dispatch appropriate personnel according to established site procedures.
- Document incidents, service requests, unusual activity, and critical situations accurately in required logs and reporting systems; communicate timely updates to site leadership and responding personnel.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with emergency responders and/or internal teams as directed by site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of the business, perimeter, and communications-related areas as assigned; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
