Transportation Supervisor
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $25–$28/hour DOE

What You'll DoAs our Transportation Supervisor, you'll play an essential role in keeping our community moving safely while leading our transportation program.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Safely transport residents to medical appointments, grocery shopping, community outings, and special events.
- Supervise and support the transportation team while ensuring compliance with DOT regulations.
- Assist residents with boarding and exiting vehicles, including accommodating walkers, wheelchairs, canes, and other mobility devices.
- Coordinate resident attendance for outings and trips with the Lifestyles team.
- Help load groceries and personal purchases.
- Schedule routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
- Maintain clean, safe, and well-presented vehicles.
- Support Plant Operations with additional supervisory responsibilities as assigned.
- Contribute to a welcoming, resident-centered environment where exceptional service enhances the quality of life for our residents.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, dependable, and service-oriented.
- Passionate about working with older adults.
- A safe and confident driver with strong leadership skills.
- Organized, professional, and committed to providing outstanding hospitality.
- Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum six (6) months of bus or passenger van driving experience.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
