Our clients include the largest hyperscale cloud platforms. We are building a regional platform defined by speed of delivery, power reliability, and long-term partnership — and we are assembling the team to lead that effort.

The Position:

Reporting to the Manager, Corporate IT (APAC), the focus of this role is to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of technology projects across the APAC region, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget and to a consistently high standard.

You will be required to work closely with IT resources, business stakeholders and external delivery partners to translate requirements into structured plans, manage delivery through to completion, and provide clear reporting on progress, risk and cost.

This is a unique opportunity to join STACK Infrastructure, a fast-growing global Hyperscale leader in the high growth Data Centre sector. We are an energetic, collaborative and dynamic team offering a tremendous career opportunity in an organisation that values work life balance.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of corporate IT projects across APAC, from initiation through to handover into business-as-usual.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and dependency tracking across concurrent workstreams.

  • Coordinate delivery across internal IT teams, implementation partners and contract resources, ensuring accountability for agreed outcomes.

  • Establish and run project governance, including status reporting, steering forums, decision logs and the risk and issue register.

  • Prepare concise, accurate reporting for senior stakeholders, tailored to an executive audience.

  • Manage statements of work, delivery milestones and acceptance with vendors and implementation partners.

  • Maintain project budget tracking and forecasting and report variances promptly.

  • Plan and coordinate change management and end-user communications associated with technology changes.

  • Ensure security, identity and compliance requirements are considered in project planning from initiation.

  • Recommend and execute improvements to delivery practices, tools and ways of working.

Must-have Qualifications / Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise IT projects in a cloud-first, SaaS-based environment.

  • Experience managing concurrent, interdependent workstreams against fixed external deadlines.

  • Strong planning and scheduling capability, including critical path and dependency management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to produce clear documentation and concise executive-level reporting.

  • Proven vendor and partner management experience, including statement of work and milestone governance.

  • Experience managing project budgets and forecasting against approved funding.

  • Ability to engage credibly with technical teams and to challenge estimates, dependencies and delivery assumptions.

  • Ability to self-motivate, work independently and make sound decisions with limited direction.

This might be right for you if:

  • Minimum 7 years' experience delivering IT projects, ideally within a lean or fast-growing IT function.

  • Technology savvy, with low ego and strong Emotional Intelligence (EQ).

  • Comfortable operating across multiple countries and time zones, with cultural awareness across the Asia Pacific region.

  • Experience delivering identity, endpoint, security or application platform projects.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune.

  • Familiarity with IT service management practices and transition into business-as-usual support.

  • Project delivery certification such as PRINCE2, PMP or Agile is well regarded.

  • Exposure to ISO 27001, SOC 2 or the ACSC Essential Eight is well regarded.

  • High customer service focus, with a can-do attitude.
