Marketing Manager, Growth & Product Marketing
About Stellar Health:
Historically, US Healthcare has relied on a fee-for-service reimbursement system where providers are paid based on the quantity of patient visits and procedures, rather than the quality of health outcomes.
At Stellar Health, we help primary care providers put patient health first. Our platform - a mix of technology, people, and analytics - supports providers at the point of care, delivering real-time patient information, activating practice staff, and empowering providers and care teams with incentives that reward the work they are already doing to keep patients healthy. Using the Stellar App, our web-based, point-of-care tool; practices receive a simple checklist of recommended actions that support the best quality care. Providers and care teams are then paid monthly for each action they complete, and Payors save money in reduced healthcare costs along the way.
Stellar is a US-based Health-tech backed by Top VCs (General Atlantic, Point72, & Primary Venture Partners) with an established product & proven operating model. We’ve shown that we make a real difference for physician practices and their patients.
Stellar Health is hiring a Marketing Manager to help us build and execute growth initiatives for health plans and providers. This person will operate as a generalist across product marketing and growth marketing, owning initiatives that effectively position our product for targeted account growth.
In a given month, you'll partner with internal teams to own how Stellar's product offerings are positioned and communicated, and drive that value-driven, technical and clinical story into the market. You'll also flex into growth marketing, partnering with our sales teams on the ABM programs, content campaigns, and demand-gen motions that fill our pipeline with high-quality opportunities.
You’ll sit within the Growth organization on the Marketing team, responsible for both expanding the company's footprint and shaping how the market understands what Stellar does — bringing new health plans, medical groups, and partners into the network, and ensuring Stellar's platform is positioned, messaged, and understood at every stage of that process. Reporting into our Director, Product Marketing & GTM Strategy, you'll ensure every GTM and outbound motion is backed by sharp positioning, the right content, and campaigns that move prospects forward.
What you’ll do:
Shape how the market understands Stellar: You’ll own the positioning and messaging for our core platform and new features, driving the end-to-end GTM process. Translating complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for payor and provider audiences, and making sure those narratives stay current as the product evolves.
Partner on ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns: You’ll partner with our Sales team to develop ABM strategies, and then help execute multi-channel campaigns targeting our highest-priority health plan prospects — across channels like email, LinkedIn, and content. This role isn’t focused on owning paid channels.
Be the bridge between Growth, Product and Ops. You'll shape messaging based on what you're hearing in the field, and feed market signals back to inform what we build. As a core cross-functional connector, you’ll be key to driving internal awareness and alignment on initiatives.
Enable market-facing teams. Equip the Growth and broader team with the talk tracks, one-pagers, FAQs, and training materials they need to represent Stellar accurately.
Stay sharp on the competitive landscape. Monitor competitors and market developments in value-based care. Use what you learn to sharpen our positioning and surface new angles.
Help own the marketing operations layer. You’ll help manage our marketing tech stack to maintain clean data, reliable attribution, and clear visibility into what's working.
What we’re looking for
6-8 years of B2B marketing experience is required, with demonstrated depth in product marketing and working knowledge of growth marketing/demand-gen. We're looking for a generalist who can flex across both — this is not a paid-channels specialist role.
Healthcare fluency with experience navigating the payor/provider landscape is required, and value-based care — is strongly preferred.
You have experience supporting a B2B sales organization, and are proficient at using CRM and marketing automation tools. Experience with Salesforce and/or Hubspot is strongly preferred.
You're a good storyteller who can take a technical concept and turn it into a clear value story.
You bring a start-up mindset: a self-starter who prefers building the playbook over following one, and who's comfortable with ambiguity and working on a lean team.
This is an individual contributor role — we're looking for someone who's genuinely energized by hands-on work (writing the copy, building the campaign, running the analysis themselves) rather than someone looking to direct others through it. No job is too small for you — this is a small team, and it's truly all hands on deck.
You have a proven ability to drive consensus across stakeholders and manage external agencies or contractors to scale impact.
You proactively use AI tools to accelerate your approaches and outputs, for things like research, content production, and campaign creation.
