With access to generous terms in hard money, private capital, and off-market deals, Key Real Estate Capital acts as a strategic partner in building long-term wealth and independence through real estate.Role Description The Associate Account Executive is a full-time, hybrid role responsible for supporting and growing client relationships within Key Real Estate Capital’s lending and investment ecosystem. Day-to-day, this role engages prospective and existing clients, conducts discovery calls to understand their investment goals, and helps structure appropriate real estate financing solutions. The Associate Account Executive collaborates with senior team members to prepare proposals, gather required documentation, and coordinate with underwriting and operations to move deals efficiently from initial interest to closing. This position also tracks pipeline activity, maintains accurate CRM records, and follows up consistently to ensure a positive client experience. The role may involve participating in webinars or community events, answering client questions about products and programs, and contributing insights to improve processes and service offerings.QualificationsClient relationship and communication skills, including the ability to conduct consultative conversations, listen actively, and explain complex financing concepts in clear, accessible language.Sales and business development capabilities, such as prospecting, pipeline management, follow-up discipline, and comfort working with performance metrics or targets.Analytical and organizational skills, including attention to detail in documentation, basic financial analysis for real estate investments, and effective time management across multiple accounts.Interest or experience in real estate investing, lending, or related financial services, with a willingness to learn creative financing structures and Key Real Estate Capital’s products and programs.Proficiency with CRM and productivity tools and the ability to work effectively in a remote, digital-first environment.Self-motivated and collaborative approach, with the ability to operate independently while partnering closely with senior account executives, underwriting, and operations teams.Career / CompensationThis is the first step to entering the lending industry and will be expected to be promoted...
