As a Senior Manager in Financial Markets - Kyriba, you will play a pivotal role in providing consulting services related to financial management and strategy. You will analyze client needs, develop tailored financial solutions, and offer guidance to help clients optimize their financial performance and improve decision-making. Within our Assurance practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver quality results and provide strategic input into the firm’s business strategies. As a Senior Manager, you will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a strategic level to drive project success. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment and developing high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for building trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders through open and honest conversation. You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities. Your ability to deepen and evolve your skills with a focus on staying relevant will contribute to the overall success of the firm.

Responsibilities

- Leading financial consulting projects to optimize client financial performance and decision-making
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored financial solutions to meet specific business requirements
- Providing strategic guidance on financial management and strategy to enhance client outcomes
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation
- Developing and implementing financial models to support client investment and financial strategies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive financial consulting services
- Validating compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards in client engagements
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term collaboration
- Coaching and mentoring team members to develop their skills and enhance project delivery
- Utilizing financial market insights to advise clients on complex financial instruments and market challenges

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Actuarial Science, Mathematical Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Mathematics, Economics, Other related fields of study
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: Associate of the IAI / IFoA (or equivalent) Fellow of the IAI / IFoA (or equivalent) or Actively pursuing the Fellowship of the IAI / IFoA (or equivalent) Certification requirement may be waived if the candidate has more experience in the relevant field and demonstrates promotion readiness
