Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer to join our Corporate Staff team. This role is located in Pune.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using Java-based technologies
- Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular
- Develop and support event-driven and messaging-based solutions using Kafka
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, QA, and business stakeholders
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and production support
- Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve developer productivity, code quality, documentation, and engineering workflows
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices
- Contribute to technical discussions, mentor junior developers, and support knowledge sharing within the team
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders on project progress, risks, and solutions

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- We are seeking a hands-on Developer with 8 - 10 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Java-related technologies, Angular, and Kafka, along with exposure to AI-assisted development tools and excellent communication skills.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in Java / J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices
- Good experience in Angular for modern UI development
- Strong knowledge of Kafka and event-driven architecture
- Familiarity with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development practices
- Working knowledge of AI assist tools for software engineering use cases such as code generation, testing support, documentation, analysis, and productivity enhancement
- Preferred Qualification: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Exposure to DevOps practices and automated testing frameworks
- Experience working in enterprise-scale, distributed application environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
