As an Event Services Manager, you’re not just overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Execute high-quality events: Provide direction & supervision to responsible operating departments & Team Members during execution of meetings, banquet functions, and events.
• Create exceptional experiences: Elevate external & internal experience by proactively serving group and catering customers' needs.
• Serve as client liaison: Operate as primary point of contact for client feedback, proactively resolve issues, and communicate all pertinent information in the event of a shift change.
