Overview

We are hiring a Performance Planning Account Manager to join Publicis Go, a specialist team created to drive transformation, innovation, and growth for our financial services client. In this role, you'll sit at the heart of performance planning, helping turn business objectives into impactful media strategies that deliver measurable results. Working closely with planning, analytics and activation specialists, you'll play a key role in shaping campaigns that drive meaningful outcomes for clients. Responsibilities

  • Translate client business objectives into data-informed performance media plans that align with wider marketing and business goals.
  • Develop audience strategies and planning recommendations that maximise performance across digital channels.
  • Recommend and manage media budget allocation across channels to drive effective and efficient results.
  • Partner closely with specialist activation teams to bring plans to life and ensure campaigns are delivered to a high standard.
  • Monitor campaign performance, pacing and KPI delivery, identifying opportunities for optimisation and growth.
  • Build testing plans and learning frameworks that support continuous improvement across campaigns.
  • Present performance insights and recommendations to clients through clear, actionable reporting and reviews.

Qualifications

  • Experience in performance marketing, digital media planning, digital account management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the digital media landscape and how different performance channels work together.
  • Confidence interpreting data and translating insights into practical recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly to a range of stakeholders.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships across teams and clients.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work.
  • Curiosity, commercial awareness and a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
