Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Engineer to design, secure, and support enterprise cloud services across Commercial and GCC High environments. This role provides advanced engineering expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and modern security, compliance, and governance technologies. This position requires deep technical knowledge, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Engineer and support Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Power Platform, Teams, Intune, Purview and Defender.
• Administer Power Platform Suite of tools, including AI tooling, DLP policies, governance and other related items.
• Administer M365 native identity and access solutions such as Enterprise Apps, App Registrations, B2B collaboration, Access Packages, and Access Reviews.
• Develop and maintain automation and integrations using Microsoft Graph API and PowerShell.
• Manage Intune device compliance, configuration profiles, application deployment, and endpoint security.
• Implement Purview governance capabilities including DLP, retention, eDiscovery, auditing, and sensitivity labeling.
• Implement and maintain AI-driven capabilities, including Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio
• Provide Tier 3 engineering support for complex Microsoft 365, Entra, and Azure issues.
• Lead technical projects, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with NIST, FedRAMP High, and agency cybersecurity policies.
Operational Support & Governance
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, Intune, Purview, and core Microsoft 365 services.
• Manage ServiceNow incidents and requests, ensuring SLAs and operational standards are met.
• Conduct audit log reviews, compliance assessments, and governance reporting.
• Advise leadership on cloud modernization strategies, secure cloud adoption, and platform optimization.
• Support knowledge sharing and collaboration across technical and functional teams.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
• Engineer and support Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Power Platform, Teams, Intune, Purview, and Defender across enterprise environments
• Administer the Power Platform with a focus on AI tooling, DLP policy design, environment governance, and secure solution management
• Manage Entra ID identity and access configurations including Enterprise Apps, App Registrations, B2B collaboration, Access Packages, and Access Reviews
• Build automation and integrations using Microsoft Graph API and PowerShell to streamline identity, security, and platform operations
• Implement Purview governance capabilities including DLP, retention policies, eDiscovery, auditing, and sensitivity labels
• Deploy and maintain Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio with secure, compliant implementation practices
• Provide Tier 3 engineering support for advanced Microsoft 365, Entra, and Azure identity and security issues
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
• Power Platform administration experience, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Relevant Microsoft certifications: SC‑300, MD‑102, MS‑203, AZ‑104, AZ‑305, and AI‑102
• Hands‑on experience deploying and managing Microsoft Copilot and implementing AI governance frameworks
• Background supporting large‑scale, multi‑tenant, and hybrid identity environments
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tenant migrations and consolidation initiatives
• Skilled in administering Microsoft 365 collaboration services, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $96623 - $164259
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
