- Responds to emergency and non-emergency calls, performing patient assessments and delivering care based on medical protocols.
- Ensures accurate and timely documentation, including patient care and billing reports, while maintaining confidentiality standards.
- Operates and maintains ambulance and medical equipment safely, ensuring readiness and compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicates effectively with dispatch, medical teams, and emergency personnel to coordinate patient care and transport.
- Provides high-quality customer service while supporting team members, ongoing training, and community engagement initiatives.
Education:
- High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
Additional Information:
- Licensed in the state of practice [Required]
Licenses and Certifications:
- Emergency Medical Tech Cert (EMT) [Required] OR
- EMT-Advanced (EMT-A) [Required]
- Basic Life Support (BLS) [Required]
