Role Overview:We are seeking Factory Acceptance Testing technicians to oversee the testing, scheduling, and yard control operations for our newly manufactured generators. This role is responsible for executing standardized test procedures, documenting results, identifying issues, and ensuring generators meet company and regulatory requirements. We are currently hiring for multiple shifts. Shift assignment will be discussed during the interview process and is based on business needs and candidate availability. Key Responsibilities:Performing factory acceptance testing on newly manufactured generatorsExecuting startup, operational, load, and endurance tests per established proceduresConducting emissions testing and ensuring accurate data capture and documentationIdentifying, documenting, and communicating defects or non-conformancesAssisting with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or engine-related issuesAccurately recording test results and maintaining complete test recordsSupporting safe, organized test yard operationsFollowing all safety procedures and promoting a strong safety cultureCollaborating with engineering, production, and quality teams
Requirements
