HRS Operations Team Leader with German

As an HRS Operations Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding employee experience by driving the effectiveness and efficiency of our HR Operations team. Leading a cross-country team supporting the German, Swiss, and Austrian markets, you will help shape a high-performing, engaged culture where people can do their best work. You’ll also partner closely with internal stakeholders across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria to build trusted, long-term relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.

We will count on you to:
Manage and develop the team through workload planning, coaching, feedback, talent development, and annual appraisals
Recruit, onboard, train, and support new and existing team members
Deliver high-quality HR admin operations in line with procedures, legal requirements, and customer expectations, according/matching to our KPI and SLA
Act as the main point of contact for process-related and people-related escalations
Identify process gaps and issues, and collaborate with the team to implement improvements
What you need to have:
2+ years of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably with operational background
Strong managerial skills and experience leading teams
University degree, preferably in HR or a related field
Excellent German and very good English skills
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Experience managing processes and projects
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
What makes you stand out:
Practical knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow or other ticketing system
Knowledge of German labor law, social security, and tax regulations
Previous experience in an SSC or BPO environment
Strong client-focus and a proactive mindset
Excellent analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
