Assembly Mechanic - Level 5

The annual base salary range for this position is <$59,000 - $88,000>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. In this role, you will impact the production process by contributing to the timely and accurate assembly of mechanical systems, supporting operational efficiency and product excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble mechanical components and systems according to specifications and blueprints.
• Perform quality inspections and functional tests on assembled products to ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot assembly tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve assembly issues and improve processes.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Extensive experience in mechanical assembly and production environments.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
• Experience with quality control procedures and troubleshooting mechanical assemblies.

WE VALUE

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical assembly or related field.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
