We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Logistics Coordinator to join our Operations team in Shanghai. This role plays a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth coordination of logistics activities across domestic and international shipments.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with customers, logistics partners, agents, suppliers, and colleagues across our global network to provide efficient shipping solutions and support the successful delivery of time-critical shipments. This opportunity is ideal for an individual with a strong interest in international logistics, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Role Responsibilities Overview:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Liaise directly with customers to understand their requirements and help develop effective shipping and logistics solutions.
  • Coordinate daily logistics activities and work closely with key partners, agents, and suppliers to ensure service excellence.
  • Manage customer enquiries accurately and efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

CNY 8,000 - 12,000 (monthly)

Work Structure:
  • 12 month Fixed Term Contract, Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday–Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
