The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate effectively to identify, present, and discuss challenges early. They will also be detail-oriented and attentive, with excellent organizational and proofreading skills.Responsibilities:Provide end-to-end support across all aspects of the trademark lifecycle, from prosecution and maintenance to renewals and enforcement Research, document, and prepare trademark specimens for use-based filings, renewals, and office action responsesAssist with evidence gathering for trademark enforcement mattersReview and draft key trademark documents, including affidavits, declarations, and powers of attorneyManage document execution workflows, including routing, signature tracking, and coordinating notarization and legalizationPrepare docket reports, review data, and monitor deadlinesTrack matter status, monitor outstanding responses, and coordinate follow-up communicationsMaintain internal trademark reference materials, including process updates, ownership/chain‑of‑title history, and use informationUse internal and external databases to generate reports and support trademark portfolio trackingContribute to special projects and other team priorities as assigned QualificationsBasic Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of relevant legal experience in a professional role requiring organizational skills, careful attention to detail, and trademark expertiseProficient with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Excel, and Word)Adept and comfortable working with a variety of online tools and databases, preferably with trademark docketing systems (e.g., Anaqua) and trademark platforms (e.g., SAEGIS)Desired Characteristics:Excellent oral and written communication skillsStrong research and analytical skillsExperience handling confidential and sensitive materialStrong follow-up and follow-through skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively as a team playerProven ability to foster and maintain working relationships, internally and externallyExceptional organizational...
