As a Data Developer - Manager, you will specialize in providing strategic guidance and support to clients on privacy laws and data protection regulations. You will assist businesses in navigating the complex landscape of privacy and data protection requirements, confirming compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Within our Strategy Consulting practice, you will play a pivotal role in developing privacy policies, conducting privacy impact assessments, and implementing data protection measures to safeguard personal information.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of privacy policies and data protection measures
- Conducting privacy impact assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Providing strategic guidance on privacy laws and data protection regulations to clients
- Managing client service accounts and driving engagement workstreams
- Analyzing complex legal data to develop comprehensive compliance strategies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance data protection frameworks
- Mentoring and coaching team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance
- Navigating complex legal landscapes to confirm compliance with applicable laws
- Utilizing cybersecurity and privacy knowledge to safeguard personal information
- Developing and executing strategic plans to address privacy and data protection challenges
- Engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders to address conflicts and issues
- Upholding professional and technical standards in line with the firm's code of conduct

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
