About the Role
We are looking for a Field Marketing Data Analyst to own the technical tracking, analysis, and reporting of marketing, sales and PR data across regions. This role is highly data-driven and focused on building reliable dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and translating complex datasets into actionable insights for leadership.
*For this position you are required to attend the Bucharest office 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday), and remote work on Friday.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a data analyst, marketing analytics, or business intelligence role with a strong understanding of commerce or B2B SaaS industry
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Proficient in HubSpot and hands-on experience in marketing automation, data models and marketing platforms (e.g. Zapier, Clay, etc.).
- Familiarity with AI-powered analytics workflows
- Hands-on experience with multi-touch attribution in a B2B context.
- English: Full professional proficiency required.
- Spanish or Portuguese represent an advantage.
Main responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain the tracking frameworks for field marketing, digital marketing, sales and PR initiatives.
- Ensure correct data flow and integration across systems (CRM, marketing automation, event platforms, sales tools and PR tools).
- Validate data quality, consistency, and completeness across all reporting sources.
- Measure ABM programme performance at account level: target account coverage, engagement depth across the buying committee, and progression through the funnel.
- Analyze performance across campaigns, events, regions, and channels and identify trends, anomalies, and performance drivers.
- Use AI tools to streamline reporting, automate repetitive analysis, and generate faster, data-driven insights for Sales and Marketing leadership.
