As a SAP - SF – Payroll - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their human resources processes and enhance talent management within our SAP practice. You will analyze client requirements, implement SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of these applications. This role is crucial in enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives through efficient human capital management.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear. This role requires you to respond effectively to diverse perspectives and use critical thinking to break down complex concepts.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP HCM applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights and recommendations
- Managing and inspiring team members to deliver quality work and build meaningful client connections
- Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills
- Developing a deeper understanding of the business context and adapting to its changes
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines
- Engaging in business process improvement to achieve strategic objectives
- Applying project management skills to oversee SAP HCM implementation projects

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4-8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Human Capital solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals), SAP HCM, or related HR platform credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Human Capital Management (SAP HCM)
- Utilizing strategic human resource planning for client solutions
- Managing complex business process improvements in SAP environments
- Excelling in workforce analytics and planning
- Applying critical thinking to solve intricate HR challenges
