Job Summary
The Project Coordinator will assist in creating comprehensive project plans, acting as a liaison between customers, vendors, and the company to ensure requirements are met and projects align with company goals. This role involves managing project documentation, budget preparation, and communication, while implementing quality control procedures and identifying potential risks. The coordinator will also manage the operational aspects of multiple large-scale projects, support administrative tasks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.Role Description
Assist in creating comprehensive project plans that align customer requirements with company goals and coordinate all project phases.
Act as a liaison between customers, vendors, and the company, managing communications and ensuring requirements are met.
Work with internal stakeholders to identify project resource needs and allocate appropriate personnel.
Keep detailed project documentation, including plans, budgets, and timelines, organized and up-to-date.
Assist in budget preparation, monitor expenditures, and provide financial reports to senior management.
Implement quality control procedures and coordinate with the quality assurance team to address any issues.
Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and keep stakeholders informed of any changes.
Regularly report on project status to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
Proactively manage day-to-day operational aspects of multiple large-scale projects, including client interaction and expectations.
Support administrative tasks such as meeting coordination, agenda building, and coordination of offsite activities.

Other Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required
Experience in a customer-facing, customer support, or similar role preferred
Familiarity with project management concepts
Familiarity with basic IT hardware and solution
Travel may be expected up to 30% based on business needs
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $55,000 - $80,000 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
