MRP Transformation Manager
We are looking for an experienced MRP Transformation Manager to lead the transformation of Supply Planning and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) capabilities across SAP-driven environments. The role focuses on standardizing planning processes, improving planning accuracy, and driving digital transformation initiatives to maximize the value of SAP planning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end MRP transformation initiatives across Supply Planning functions.
- Design, standardize, and optimize MRP processes in SAP to improve planning efficiency and inventory performance.
- Drive SAP planning enhancements, process harmonization, and system adoption across business units.
- Partner with Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and IT teams to define and implement future-state planning capabilities.
- Assess current planning processes, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver sustainable transformation roadmaps.
- Lead SAP MRP configuration discussions, business requirement gathering, testing, and deployment activities in collaboration with technical teams.
- Ensure planning master data integrity and governance to support effective MRP execution.
- Develop KPIs and performance dashboards to monitor planning effectiveness, service levels, inventory, and planning stability.
- Manage change management activities, user training, and business adoption throughout transformation programs.
- Drive continuous improvement using industry best practices in Supply Planning and digital transformation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, with significant hands-on experience in MRP and Supply Planning.
- Proven experience leading SAP-based Supply Planning or MRP transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA planning capabilities.
- Solid understanding of Material Requirements Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Management, and Master Data.
- Experience working in cross-functional and global environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- PMP, APICS CPIM, CSCP, or SAP certifications are considered a strong advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, or similar complex supply chain environments.
- Exposure to large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or Advanced Planning solutions is a plus.
