We are looking for a highly strategic HR Business Partner to support our South Cone organization. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to the business and will work in close partnership with the South Cone Regional Director, playing a critical role in shaping the people agenda and driving business performance across the region.
This is a highly visible position that requires strong business acumen, the ability to influence senior leaders, and a collaborative approach to developing and executing talent strategies that enable organizational success.
The successful candidate will partner closely with leaders across Argentina, Chile, and other South Cone markets, ensuring that people strategies are aligned with business priorities while fostering an engaging, inclusive and high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to the South Cone Regional Director and the regional leadership team, providing guidance on organizational effectiveness, talent, culture and leadership.
- Build trusted relationships with senior business leaders, influencing key people decisions that support business growth and organizational priorities.
- Translate business strategy into integrated HR initiatives that enhance organizational capability and performance.
- Lead workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning and leadership development processes across the region.
- Drive organizational design and change management initiatives, supporting business transformation and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Employee Relations and HR Operations) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Leverage people analytics and business insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities, translating data into actionable recommendations.
- Champion employee engagement, inclusion, performance management and leadership effectiveness initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and Boston Scientific policies across the South Cone countries.
- Foster a culture aligned with Boston Scientific's values, promoting collaboration, accountability and innovation.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
- Significant experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders in complex, multinational organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and operate as a trusted business advisor.
- Strong experience in organizational development, change management, talent management and leadership coaching.
- Proven ability to work in a matrix environment, balancing regional and global priorities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to support strategic decision-making.
- Advanced English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Availability to travel monthly throughout the South Cone region. This role requires frequent in-person interaction with business leaders across multiple countries and regular regional travel is an essential part of the position.
