We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to join our Human Capital team. Your Mission

Your career with PwC is what you make it. As our new HR Business Partner, you will:

  • Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing timely guidance and support on policies and procedures.

  • Coordinate key stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding activities.

  • Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives while collaborating closely with business leaders and employees.

  • Maintain accurate employee records within Workday and utilise HR data and analytics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including Talent Acquisition and Legal teams, to support recruitment, workforce planning, compliance, and employee relations matters.

  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that enhance the employee experience and support the firm's people strategy.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Holds a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.

  • Has 2-3 years of experience in an HR-related role.

  • Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the firm.

  • Is organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.

  • Is comfortable using technology and Microsoft Office applications; experience with Workday will be considered an asset.

  • Brings a unique perspective and values collaboration.

  • Is eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to a diverse team.

  • Demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving skills.
