Your Responsibilities

• Selling rooms, event spaces, and services
• Preparing quotes and contracts in accordance with customer/guest requirements
• Managing and coordinating event and room reservations
• Independently conducting professional property tours and finalizing details with customers
• Accurate, efficient, and timely communication with customers/guests and colleagues
• Timely preparation and distribution of BEOs, alterations, daily reports, etc.
• Greeting, assisting, and seeing off customers/guests
• Conducting post-event debriefs
• Verifying (deposit) invoices for completeness and ensuring timely payment
• Compliance with all Hilton revenue guidelines and deadlines
• Accurate and complete entry of required data and activities into the relevant computer systems

What We Expect From You

• Several years of professional experience at a company of similar size and caliber
• A goal-oriented approach to work
• Excellent time management skills
• You can complete tasks within clear deadlines and set priorities
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A confident and professional demeanor
• You are flexible and open to new challenges
• You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills; additional foreign languages are a plus
• Strong customer focus and commitment to service
• You are eager to take on responsibility in your area of responsibility and demonstrate a strong work ethic and high level of self-motivation
