岗位职责 1、核心研发统筹：主导液冷全系列新产品结构整体方案规划、架构设计与落地研发工作，负责产品结构关键技术攻坚、方案评审、可行性论证，统筹新产品从需求拆解、方案设计、样机验证到量产落地的全流程结构研发工作；主导存量液冷产品的结构迭代升级、性能优化、成本优化及工艺改良，解决产品结构核心痛点、瓶颈问题，提升产品可靠性、散热效率及量产适配性。 2、技术支撑与问题攻关：统筹负责生产制造、市场交付、客户现场全链路结构类疑难问题的技术攻关、分析定位与闭环解决，搭建结构问题标准化解决方案库；联动研发、生产、供应链、售后等多部门，协调推进问题整改、工艺优化、质量管控，规避同类问题重复发生，保障产品量产稳定性与市场交付口碑。 3、技术沉淀与体系赋能：牵头液冷结构设计技术规范、设计标准、工艺标准、安规标准的搭建与迭代更新，沉淀行业核心设计经验；跟踪液冷散热、钣金结构、机电设备行业新技术、新材料、新工艺，推动技术落地与产品创新，为团队研发工作提供技术指导、方案支撑和专业赋能。 4、项目与团队赋能：参与产品前期需求评审、立项评估、技术风险研判，输出专业结构技术评估报告；指导初级、中级结构设计师的研发工作，攻克复杂设计难题，带动团队整体技术能力提升。 任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，机械设计、机械制造、机电一体化等相关专业，扎实掌握机械结构设计、材料力学、工程工艺等专业理论知识。 2、8年以上钣金类（机箱、机柜、机电设备）结构设计经验，其中具备5年以上液冷产品、空调散热设备结构独立研发经验，精通液冷整机、钣金壳体、散热结构的设计逻辑与量产工艺。 3、具备良好的英文读写及沟通能力，可独立查阅国外行业技术资料、安规标准，能够对接海外客户、供应链完成技术沟通工作。 4、精通各类机电设备、液冷产品的结构设计原理、常用金属/非金属材料特性、表面处理工艺，熟练掌握行业安规、可靠性测试标准，可独立完成结构合规性、安全性、可靠性设计与验证。 5、熟练使用Creo等主流3D设计软件及CAD二维绘图软件，具备独立完成复杂结构整体方案设计、仿真校核、样机调试、量产落地的全流程实操能力，具备丰富的产品迭代优化、成本优化、工艺优化实战经验。 6、具备极强的技术攻坚能力、问题分析能力和项目统筹能力，逻辑清晰、责任心强；具备优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力、团队赋能能力，能够高效推进复杂研发项目落地。 7、有大型液冷机房设备、储能液冷设备、服务器液冷结构研发经验者优先。About the Team
