The Opportunity 

 

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at the Ludvika Power Transformers Factory. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. 

 

How you'll make an impact 

  • Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth material flow and meet operational targets. 

  • Ensure accurate inventory control through cycle counts, stock checks, and addressing discrepancies. 

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse associates, including scheduling, performance management, and training. 

  • Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring proper handling and storage of goods. 

  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, drive automation, and implement best practices. 

  • Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment, coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance as needed. 

 
 

Your Background 

  • Experience in warehouse operations, logistics management or related field. 

  • Strong leadership, communication and team management skills. 

  • Solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards. 

  • Ability to optimize processes and embrace digitalization initiatives. 

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). 

  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required.
