Position:
The Field Marketing Specialist is an experienced individual contributor responsible for executing RegScale's field marketing programs from planning through post-event analysis. Reporting to the Director of Global Field Marketing, this role partners on quarterly planning and collaborates closely with the Field Marketing Manager to execute integrated campaigns, regional programs, and high-impact customer experiences that drive pipeline and engagement.
This is a hands-on execution role responsible for coordinating field marketing initiatives, managing project timelines, overseeing event logistics, and ensuring programs are delivered on time, within budget, and with a high level of quality. The Senior Field Marketing Specialist works cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Customer Success, Marketing Operations, and external vendors to deliver seamless marketing programs while contributing ideas and process improvements that help scale the field marketing function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Director of Global Field Marketing on quarterly planning and collaborate closely with the Field Marketing Manager to execute integrated marketing campaigns, regional programs, and field events.
- Research venues, sponsorships, event formats, and promotional opportunities, providing recommendations that align with business goals and budget.
- Assist in developing program briefs, timelines, budgets, and project plans for field marketing initiatives.
- Execute end-to-end field marketing programs, including industry conferences, executive dinners, partner events, regional programs, roadshows, webinars, and virtual experiences.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, workback schedules, timelines, and stakeholder communications to ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate all event logistics, including vendors, venues, speakers, registration, booth setup, shipping, promotional items, collateral, AV, and on-site execution.
- Support the Field Marketing Manager by coordinating campaign deliverables, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless execution across field marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with Sales and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) on target account lists, invitations, attendee engagement, and pre- and post-event follow-up.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Customer Success, and Partner teams to ensure campaign alignment, messaging consistency, and timely delivery of marketing assets.
- Maintain accurate event, campaign, and attendee data within Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com, and event management platforms.
- Track registrations, attendance, program spend, and pipeline performance, preparing post-event reporting and identifying opportunities to improve future programs.
- Maintain event budgets, process invoices, and support accurate budget tracking and reporting.
- Contribute ideas, process improvements, templates, and best practices that improve the efficiency, consistency, and scalability of the field marketing function.
- Travel approximately 30% of the time, supporting a minimum of two field marketing events per quarter.
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of B2B field or event marketing experience with a strong execution and project-management track record.
- Experience in a fast-growth environment and being a part of a scaling marketing team
- Comfortable with adaptability and constant change
- Exceptional organization and project management; juggles multiple programs, timelines, and vendors without dropping details.
- Hands-on, end-to-end event execution experience.
- Strong coordination and communication with sales and cross-functional partners.
- Confident speaking, presenting and articulating important details to cross functional teams
- Understands how field programs drive pipeline and tracks results
- Comfort with the event and marketing tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, event platforms, AI tools)
- Willingness to travel roughly 30% and lead on-site execution.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in cybersecurity, B2B SaaS, or technology; preferably cyber/selling to CISOs.
- Experience running larger industry trade shows and executive-level programs.
- Exposure to ABM and intent data (e.g., 6sense) to support account targeting.
- Partner or channel co-marketing coordination experience.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.comand AI tools.
- Experience in high-growth SaaS where speed and resourcefulness are table stakes.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on events, field, and program/project management.
- Prior experience executing and project-managing events end-to-end is a must.
