Main Responsibilities:

- Driving sales performance of all target customer list (Hospital, Medical device store, Pharmacy Chains, etc).

- Implement customer segmentation, then identify new leads/customers as well as execute the product listing to the target customers.

- Effectively deliver a consultative sales call from the perspective of the target customer to expand their knowledge of Abbott product and its benefits, anticipate and manage objections, and gain clear commitment to recommending Abbott product and other brand-building activities.

- Regularly visit POS to get the product order and ensure the company services are met.

- Establish target customers, develop and execute on multichannel customer engagement plans to generate demand for product, focuses on net new customer selling, penetration and retention.

- Deploy marketing programs to target customers and accounts

- Measure progress against customer and account objectives and take action to ensure targets and KPIs are met (monthly, quarterly, annually) as assigned by the Sales Manager.

- Ensure timely reporting of daily activities as per the SOP

- Coordinate and follow up with internal cross functional execution teams (ILD distributor and ANI & ADC) to flawlessly execute business plan in the territory. (before & post sales)

- Establish and build deep understanding of customer needs, stakeholders and competitive situation as well as develop strategic account plans for achieving goals including sales and margin.

- Act in alignment with compliance and regulatory expectations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree, ideally in medical technology, Life Sciences, or Business.

- 3-5 years of relevant experience

- Knowledge of Medical Devices/ Pharma & Healthcare Industry.

- Experience in Sales and/or Marketing

- Excellent Communication skills in Vietnamese & English, Selling skills, Business acumen, and Negotiation skills

- Must be motivated, enthusiastic self-starter able to work effectively in a team environment and independently
