You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and auditing master data records across our enterprise systems (QAD) while ensuring strict adherence to data governance policies. If you thrive on bringing order to complexity, spotting inconsistencies before they become problems, and collaborating across teams to streamline processes, forms and workflows, we want you on our team.

  • Ensure Data Accuracy: Perform initial validation checks to ensure complete, compliant, and standardized input.

  • Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve data-related transactional errors, system failures, and user inquiries in a timely manner.

Data Governance & Quality Control

  • Enforce Standards: Ensure all master data processes strictly comply with internal Data Governance policies, naming conventions, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Data Cleansing & Auditing: Conduct regular audits, routine data profiling, and deduplication exercises to maintain high data quality standards.

  • Documentation: Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation for master data entry guidelines, workflows, and business rules.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Cross-Functional Support: Partner closely with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and IT to align data needs with business requirements.

  • Process Optimization: Identify recurring data bottlenecks or manual tasks and suggest opportunities for automation or workflow improvements.

  • Project Support: Assist in data mapping, migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) during system upgrades or integration projects.

What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days

  • 30 Days: Shadow the team, complete onboarding on our core ERP/MDM workflows, and take ownership of basic, day-to-day data entry requests.

  • 60 Days: Independently manage incoming master data tickets across core domains, adhering strictly to response SLAs and accuracy standards.

  • 90 Days: Identify at least one area for process improvement and present a plan to execute it alongside the MDM team.

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in master data management, data administration, business operations, or a related data stewardship role.

Technical Proficiency:

Team : strong cultural empathy and team player attitude

Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving ability to trace data discrepancies back to their root cause.

Communication: Clear written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to explain data standards to non-technical business users. French, German or Dutch considered as a plus.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with dedicated MDM tools (e.g., Informatica, Stibo Systems, Profisee, or SAP Master Data Governance).

  • Basic knowledge of SQL for querying databases.

  • Familiarity with Data Governance frameworks and data lifecycle management
