Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager specializing in New Product Introduction (NPI). The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in the NPI domain, preferably within the switching and networking industry. This leader will demonstrate proven expertise managing programs from early prototyping through pilot manufacturing, with solid exposure to hardware development fundamentals and manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Lead complex NPI programs from concept through prototyping and into pilot manufacturingManage program end-to-end, wall-to-wall, ensuring all phases from initiation to closure are delivered successfullyWork extensively with cross-functional teams spread across geographies to ensure alignment and timely deliveryCollaborate with engineering, operations, and manufacturing teams to ensure milestones are achieved on scheduleDrive planning and execution of early hardware prototyping and transition to scalable manufacturingManage program risk, develop mitigation plans, and communicate status to stakeholdersEnsure robust design transfer processes and readiness for manufacturingMaintain detailed documentation and program tracking toolsChampion continuous improvement in program management practices Required Qualifications More than 15 years of program management experience in the NPI space, preferably in switching and networking domainsDemonstrated proficiency in managing programs end-to-end, wall-to-wall, across all project phasesProven experience working with teams distributed across different global geographiesExcellent track record of leading programs from prototyping through pilot manufacturingStrong understanding of hardware design, development processes, and manufacturing fundamentalsProficiency in project management tools, methodologies, and communicationCollaborative mindset with strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field Why Join Lumilens?
