We are seeking a dynamic Revenue Cycle Corporate Trainer to lead the design, development, and execution of comprehensive training programs across our multi-state revenue cycle operations. This role will play a critical part in onboarding, process rollout, systems training, and competency development to support the efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement of our teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging training content through webinars, conferences, eLearning modules, and live sessions.

  • Facilitate new hire orientation and ongoing training aligned with company procedures, compliance requirements, and operational goals.

  • Conduct quality assessments to identify training needs and gaps in team skills or performance.

  • Collaborate with department leaders to gather data and feedback, and translate those into targeted training interventions.

  • Coordinate training logistics, materials, and communications across multiple locations and time zones.

  • Support curriculum development in partnership with internal departments, including HR, operations, and IT.

  • Assist in evaluating multi-state software development needs and tailoring training to state-specific regulations or program rules.

  • Participate in departmental meetings and special projects related to performance improvement, system implementations, or process changes.

Essential Functions

  • Serve as the subject matter expert in eligibility, authorization, billing, and collections for designated region.
  • Stays abreast of payer policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Provide comprehensive application training (Homecare Homebase, Waystar, Payer Portals etc.)  including process and workflow.
  • Conduct quality assessments to identify training needs and gaps in team skills or performance.
  • Collaborate with QA team as well as department leaders to gather data and feedback and translate those into targeted training interventions.
  • Coordinate training logistics, materials, and communications across multiple locations and time zones.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and special projects related to performance improvement, system implementations, or process changes.
  • Partners with project management team to create teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and on-line reference tools.

Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

  • Training development and delivery skills; able to research to develop content as needed
  • Excellent training skills
  • Strong technical skills and software knowledge, including Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Publisher
  • Able to adapt to information mapping and structured writing for development of written training
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, techniques, and delivery in course design
  • Able to incorporate ongoing feedback into course delivery
  • Able to prioritize and demonstrate organizational skills
  • Able to multi-task
  • Must be very organized

Education/Experience:

  • High School/GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in training or equivalent field
  • Capacity to assess and translate organization/internal customer needs into learning objectives and devise effective training solutions.
  • Able to develop and execute the department training strategy using a variety of tactics including live and virtual facilitation, plus training the trainers and aiding peer-based teaching.
  • Manage the development and execution of foundational training including revenue, clinical, and skills training curriculum.
  • Strong experience in applications and processes training.

 

License/Certification:

  • Project Management Professional certification preferred

 

Training/Equipment:

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with Homecare-Homebase billing system preferred
