As a SAP - ABAP - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our Business Application Consulting group, focusing on SAP Technology to help clients navigate complex business challenges from strategy to execution. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions that drive client success. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will engage directly with clients, establishing meaningful relationships and contributing to the development of both your technical skills and those of your team.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your problem-solving abilities and industry experience to manage multiple client engagements, reporting to Managers and above. You will guide and mentor junior team members, fostering an environment of growth and learning. Your role will involve navigating complex situations, building your personal brand, and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your clients and teams, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is not clear. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your career within our SAP practice, contributing to business development activities and staying informed on local and national business issues.

Responsibilities

- Assisting in managing multiple client engagements and reporting to senior management
- Leading and training junior staff to enhance team performance and technical skills
- Establishing and maintaining effective client relationships to support business objectives
- Contributing to the development of technical acumen within the team and self
- Staying informed on local and national business and economic trends
- Engaging in business development activities to identify and research new client opportunities
- Developing internal relationships and enhancing personal brand within the organization
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for process improvement and optimization
- Implementing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori to drive business transformation initiatives
- Applying analytical thinking and strategic technology planning to solve complex business issues
- Embracing change and fostering a culture of inclusion and teamwork within the team
- Leveraging SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver for design automation and process optimization

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
- Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud for data-driven insights
- Excelling in SAP Fiori and SAP HANA environments
