Together, we can build the future of data storageJob DescriptionWD is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Designer to execute, produce, and marketing creative for a global organization in close alignment with our Marketing teams. This role is a hands-on design execution position, focused on high-volume asset production, localization, and adherence to established global brand systems rather than concept development or creative strategy ownership.This role supports regional marketing programs by translating global creative frameworks into technically accurate, region-ready assets across digital, event, partner, and campaign touchpoints. The ideal candidate is a strong production designer with deep experience working within brand guidelines, managing multiple deliverables, and collaborating across geographies and time zones.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and produce marketing assets supporting global teams initiatives across digital campaigns, web, social, email, presentations, events, and partner materialsExecute creative work based on established global brand systems, templates, and design frameworksAdapt and localize global creative assets for regional markets, ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, and brand consistencyPartner with regional marketing teams to support campaign execution, product launches, and ongoing regional programsCollaborate with global creative and marketing teams to ensure alignment on specifications, formats, and delivery standardsManage multiple concurrent design requests, balancing regional priorities with global timelines and production requirementsPrepare and deliver final assets that meet technical specifications, localization needs, accessibility standards, and platform requirementsIncorporate stakeholder feedback efficiently while maintaining design quality and production velocityMaintain organized files, templates, and documentation to support scalable and repeatable design workflowsStay current on design tools, production best practices, and platform requirements to improve efficiency and output qualitySupport internal DAM, asset library and accuracyUtilize AI technology to support and streamline creation, workflows and deliverablesQualificationsRequired QualificationsExperience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with motion, video, or 3D tools (After Effects, Premiere, Maya, Unreal, etc.) is a plusStrong knowledge of brand systems, templates, typography, layout, and production standardsAbility to accurately interpret creative briefs, specifications, and global guidelines and translate them into finished assetsHigh attention to detail...
