This position requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The role emphasizes establishing and maintaining development standards, ensuring that the software produced is scalable, performs efficiently, and aligns closely with the overarching business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central, as the lead coordinates efforts to meet project milestones and quality expectations while fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive the adoption of best practices and development methodologies to enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor and support team members to develop their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment between technical and business stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
- Experience in setting and enforcing coding standards, code reviews, and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to analyze system performance and implement improvements to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Skilled in leading technical discussions and decision-making processes within diverse teams.
- Familiarity with integration of SAP Quality Management modules within broader enterprise software ecosystems.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
