What You’ll Do

As an HVAC Maintenance Mechanic, you’ll support the operation and upkeep of building systems across our Everett headquarters. Your work will ensure a safe, comfortable, and efficient facility for all employees. In this role, you will:

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including VAV boxes, humidifiers, exhaust fans, scrubbers, portable chillers, and rooftop units.
  • Support equipment moves and installations using hoists, dollies, rollers, and other tools.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and process engineering teams to install or repair plumbing and electrical systems used in production processes.
  • Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
  • Identify and complete needed repairs or preventative maintenance to keep facilities operating reliably.
  • Perform general building maintenance as required.

 

What You Bring

Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance or a closely related field
  • Universal Refrigeration certification and a valid driver’s license
  • Working knowledge of Building Automation Systems (such as JCI, Siemens, Alerton, or Honeywell)
  • Experience with commercial compressed air systems

 

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work with hands and fingers to operate tools and equipment
  • Ability to reach, kneel, crouch, crawl, or work in tight spaces as needed
  • Ability to climb ladders or use scaffolding while maintaining balance
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
