Outbound Supervisor II - Midrand DC

• Supervise the outbound returns team and daily operations.
• Ensure accurate processing and dispatch of returned stock.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and turnaround times.
• Investigate stock variances and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and health and safety requirements.
• Prepare operational reports and analyse performance trends.
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance.
• Work closely with internal departments to resolve returns-related issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• 2–3 years' supervisory or leadership experience in a Distribution Centre or warehouse environment.
• 2–3 years' logistics or supply chain experience.
• Experience in outbound operations and returns management.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
• Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
