Senior Business Analyst Location: Minnesota & Maryland (Hybrid) 

In this position, you’ll be based in any of the above offices for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. If you have a remote location recorded in Fusion this arrangement will continue to be honored if you are successful in your application, provided that:

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives, improving processes, and delivering solutions that create measurable value. Working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will conduct complex analysis, translate business needs into clear requirements, and help shape outcomes across the organization. A role you will love

  • Work as a senior-level Business Analyst within global, cross-cultural organizations, applying a broad range of business analysis tools, techniques, frameworks, and Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality outcomes in complex environments.
  • Provide domain expertise across banking operations, including asset servicing, cash and securities movements, reconciliations, regulated environments, and, where applicable, equity compensation, ensuring solutions align with business and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with stakeholders at all levels, facilitating workshops to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements while tailoring communication to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Support process mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives, using analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for enhancement and guide the development of future-state solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Architects, and Technology and Implementation teams, applying technical understanding to support both strategic and tactical solutions.
  • Support successful project delivery in complex environments, using effective governance, stakeholder collaboration, and communication practices to maintain alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.

Other skills required for the role

  • Significant experience as a Senior Business Analyst or in a similar role, applying a broad range of business analysis tools, techniques, frameworks, and Agile methodologies within complex environments.
  • Experience working in global, cross-cultural organizations, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and geographies.
  • Knowledge of banking operations, including asset servicing, cash and securities movements, reconciliations, regulated environments, and ideally equity compensation.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities, along with experience in process mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Technical awareness and the ability to work closely with implementation teams, Product Managers, Architects, and Technology teams to support strategic and tactical solutions, backed by a record of successful project delivery.

Compensation: The typical base pay range for this role is $81,806.40 - $110,709.60 for candidates based in Minnesota and $85,896.72 - $118,845.08 for candidates based in Maryland. These base pay ranges are specific to Minnesota and Maryland and may not be applicable to other locations.
