ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

TelevisaUnivision is looking for a Talent Producer responsible for identifying, booking, and managing on-air talent, guests, and contributors for television, digital, and live productions.

YOUR DAY-DAY:

  • Research, identify, and book guests, experts, celebrities, and contributors aligned with production needs.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with talent representatives, publicists, agents, and managers.

  • Coordinate talent schedules, travel arrangements, accommodations, and appearance logistics.

  • Prepare briefing materials and talking points for hosts and guests.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for talent before, during, and after productions.

  • Collaborate with producers, directors, and editorial teams to ensure talent aligns with show content and objectives.

  • Negotiate appearance terms within company guidelines when applicable.

  • Ensure talent agreements, releases, and required documentation are completed.

  • Resolve last-minute scheduling changes and talent-related issues in a fast-paced production environment.

  • Maintain accurate records of talent bookings and production schedules.

  • Assist with special events, live broadcasts, promotional appearances, and red-carpet coverage as needed.

YOU HAVE:

  • 3–5 years of experience in television production, talent booking, or entertainment production.

  • Strong knowledge of the television and entertainment industry.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a live production environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management tools.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

  • Experience booking talent for live television or digital productions.

  • Knowledge of entertainment, news, sports, or lifestyle programming.

  • Established network of industry contacts.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as production schedules require.
