FlowFi helps startups and growing businesses build world-class finance teams. We're looking for a Sales Development Representative who knows the language of accounting and finance and can confidently prospect to founders, owners, and CEOs.

What You'll Do
  • Build your own pipeline through outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals, and creative outreach).
  • Identify and qualify companies that could benefit from FlowFi's accounting, CFO, tax, and finance services.
  • Book meetings for the sales team and consistently exceed pipeline goals.
  • Research accounts, personalize outreach, and uncover opportunities—not rely on inbound leads.
  • Share market insights and feedback to help refine our go-to-market strategy.
What We're Looking For
  • Required: Accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or CFO services background (industry experience is required).
  • Experience in sales development, business development, recruiting, or client-facing consulting.
  • Comfortable building a pipeline from scratch.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curious, resourceful, and excited to test new outbound strategies.
