The Demand & Order Intern supports the Demand & Order Management team in forecasting, order processing, and data analysis to ensure accurate demand planning and smooth order fulfillment. This role provides hands-on exposure to supply chain operations, demand planning, and cross-functional coordination.Key Responsibilities

Assist in demand forecasting by collecting, analyzing, and validating sales and order dataSupport order management activities, including order entry, tracking, and status updatesSupport to finish green sheet/ shop change process as order team memberPrepare regular reports and dashboards related to demand, orders, and inventoryCoordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree major in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or ERP systems is a plusGood attention to detail and data accuracyStrong communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Preferred Skills

Basic understanding of demand planning, supply chain, or order management processesAbility to work with large datasets and perform data analysisProactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
