As an AI Architect - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice, you will focus on leveraging advanced analytics and statistical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style, motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system, and develop skills outside your comfort zone, encouraging others to do the same. Responsibilities

- Leading the design and development of advanced data solutions to transform raw data into actionable insights
- Guiding teams in the application of statistical modeling and data visualization techniques to solve complex business problems
- Utilizing machine learning and artificial intelligence to drive data-driven decision-making and business growth
- Overseeing the creation and maintenance of data pipelines and data lakes to support large-scale data analysis
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data science to enhance client outcomes
- Mentoring team members in the use of data science algorithms and workflows to improve project deliverables
- Implementing project management strategies to validate successful planning, budgeting, and execution of data initiatives
- Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and practices within data and analytics teams
- Validating data quality and integrity within analytics frameworks to support informed decision-making
- Encouraging the development of skills outside comfort zones to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Systems Engineering
