When Neon succeeds, patients access life-saving treatments without bankrupting their families, while we build an AI automation powerhouse serving healthcare's biggest enterprises.Jobs To Be DoneNeon's sales motion is highly-consultative and highly-technical.As such, you should:be computer-science-literate. i.e. You should be able to speak confidently with IT leaders at our clients' teams about our technical implementation details: APIs, schemas, high-level architecture, etc. If you have interfaced directly with engineering/IT teams before, this will probably suffice.be comfortable doing deep discovery to understand the prospects' current workflows and challenges with those workflows.SalesProspect and qualify leads: Identify and engage key decision-makers at enterprise healthcare organizations.Run discovery and demos: Understand customer pain points and showcase Neon's automation platform.Manage pipeline: Own opportunities end to end, from outreach through contract negotiation and close.Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure customer needs are met.Exceed revenue targets: Drive consistent quota attainment and contribute to company growth.Implementation & SuccessBeyond the initial sale, you will be involved in implementation and ongoing success: partnering directly with enterprise customers to ensure success with Neon’s automation platform.
