Vice President, Category Management, Full Service

This is your chance to be part of an in-house Brands team of industry experts in the domains of hospitality, brand management, innovation, food and beverage, wellness, owner relations, and more, for all of Hilton's unique brands! As the Vice President of Category Management, Full Service, you will lead the team focused on supporting the Full Service category. On the Full Service Brands team, reporting to the Senior Vice President of Strategy, Insights & Full Service Brands, you will serve as a strategic integrator for the Full Service category, driving cross-functional initiatives and advancing category priorities across Brand Personality, Food & Beverage, and Design.
What you'll do during a typical day:
- Drive strategy development and execution for the Full Service category by overseeing Brand Personality, Food & Beverage, and Design to position the category for growth, strong commercial performance, and guest satisfaction.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret relevant data sets to answer questions about strategic direction and synthesize findings into recommendations for decisions with large-scale impact.
- Develop business cases which justify investment in strategic brand projects and develop implementation roadmaps to enable the execution of strategic initiatives.
- Oversee Category strategic planning process including integration of Hilton KPI/KSP/MBOs – Commercial, Marketing, PR, BPS, Communications and annual budgeting, and forecasting.
- Manage enterprise activations for the category (e.g., profitability, dual brands, ESG, pet friendly, Customer Promise).
- Lead Category's Brand Integrity work (Relicensing/COO, FRCM & Aging Asset) and complete logistics for Category Team meetings, Brand Planning Sessions, Category/Brand Owner OAC Council Meetings, ad-hoc owner meetings, and Bi-Annual owners and category branded conferences.
How you'll collaborate with others:
- Collaborate with functional partners: Analytics, Customer Insights, Development, Brand Performance, Brand Standards, Hilton Supply Management, Product Experience and Prototypes, Brand Planning & Innovation, and more.
- Collaborate with Global Brand Leaders and Brand Managers on critical projects.
Deliverables you'll take ownership of:
- Lead category planning, performance reporting, enterprise initiatives, and brand integrity programs to ensure strategic alignment, operational excellence, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure the category delivers on guest experience, commercial, growth and owner profitability performance.
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Ten (10) years of experience in hospitality or related industries
- Experience repositioning or launching a consumer/hospitality brand
- Three (3) plus years of working directly with owners (either from a corporate or hotel role)
- Four (4) years of management experience
- Willing to travel up to 40-50%
It would be useful if you have:
- BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree (MS/MA/MBA Preferred) or equivalent on the job experience

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $215,000-$315,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, and the Company's long-term incentive plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
