As a Corporate Onboarding Account Manager, you will be a key driver of customer success for BILL's corporate accounts, owning the onboarding experience from kickoff through full utilization. You will leverage consultative selling skills, advanced product expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure corporate clients achieve rapid time-to-value and long-term success with BILL's platform. BILL is a trusted partner of leading U.S. financial institutions, accounting firms, and accounting software providers. We have operations in San Jose, CA, and Draper, UT. Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company
- Retain and expand the revenue of BILL's corporate accounts by driving full utilization and identifying expansion opportunities throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
- Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with finance and accounting executives at corporate accounts, serving as a strategic advisor through every phase of implementation.
- Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for a complex book of corporate business — managing kickoffs, training, adoption milestones, and escalations to ensure clients go live efficiently and successfully.
- Manage a complex pipeline of onboarding opportunities using CRM analytics; forecast revenue outcomes accurately and adjust strategies based on pipeline insights with minimal guidance.
- Leverage consultative selling skills to tailor onboarding approaches to different buyer personas, company structures, and accounting workflows, driving each customer from implementation to full utilization.
- Identify customer pain points and proactively remove roadblocks to product adoption, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on BILL's products and services, including upcoming features; educate clients and share best practices with teammates.
- Drive collaboration across the organization — advocating for customer needs, influencing product improvements, and spearheading conflict resolution to maintain strong internal and external relationships.
- Support a positive team culture by sharing expertise, mentoring peers, and helping drive friendly competition that elevates overall team performance.
- Understand and take ownership of individual and team quotas, prioritizing actions that yield tangible, measurable results.
We'd love to chat if you have:
- 4+ years in a quota-carrying account management, customer success, or sales role, with experience managing complex or corporate-level accounts
- Proven track record of consistently achieving 100%+ of quota while improving conversion and adoption metrics
- Strong understanding and application of value-based and consultative selling; ability to sell internally and externally
- Proficiency in managing a complex pipeline using CRM tools
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with finance and accounting executives; able to identify pain points, offer solutions, and close business
- Ability to read and interpret financial statements and have competent conversations with risk and finance partners
- Advanced knowledge of BILL's products and services, or demonstrated ability to develop deep product expertise quickly
- Understanding of accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.) and financial workflows
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a customer-centric mindset
- High level of initiative and adaptability; able to navigate complex, ambiguous situations and drive to resolution
- SaaS and/or Fintech experience preferred
- A passion for helping businesses thrive — and a healthy hatred of manual expense reports!

This role is eligible to participate in BILL’s sales incentive and equity plans. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
