As a PMO - ERP / SAP Delivery Lead - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through the complexities of business application consulting. Within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver impactful solutions that modernize field service and operations. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.

As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to navigate complex situations and build meaningful client relationships. You will be responsible for mentoring junior team members, maintaining professional standards, and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. Your ability to anticipate client needs and embrace ambiguity will be crucial in delivering quality outcomes.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team, using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. Your contributions will be integral to the success of our client engagements and the overall business strategy.

• Experience: 7–10 years in ERP implementation / transformation delivery, experience with functional testing exp. of major ERP platforms (e.g., SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / Infor)
• Domain: Experience in Utilities and/or Pharma/Life Sciences (both preferred)
• Level: Senior Associate
• Role: Lead end-to-end project delivery for ERP implementations (large transformations + smaller projects) and should have ERP/SAP functional testing experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and outcomes
• Create/manage project plan, milestones, RAID, dependencies, and governance cadence (status reporting)
• Drive Agile / hybrid delivery: sprint/release planning, execution tracking, and delivery transparency along with ERP manual testing
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams: Functional, Technical, Data, Integration, Testing, Cutover, Change
• Manage stakeholders, decisions, and escalations, ensure clear communication and alignment
• Ensure readiness for SIT/UAT, defect triage, cutover planning, and go-live support
• Manage change requests and scope impacts, recommend trade-offs and mitigation actions

 

Must-have Skills

• Strong client-facing delivery leadership and project management/Agile fundamentals
• Hands-on understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle (phase-gates, quality checkpoints, testing/cutover readiness) and ERP / SAP functional Testing
• Strong communication, risk management, and dependency management

• Jira/Azure DevOps (preferred), MS Project/Smartsheet, Confluence/SharePoint, Excel/PowerPoint

 

Nice-to-have

• SAFe/Scrum experience, PMP/CSM/SAFe certifications, exposure to regulated delivery (esp. Pharma)
• ERP / SAP basic Testing certification
