Your Role

• We are seeking women graduates (6months to 1 year of experience in IT) interested in developing a career in Cloud Data Engineering (this program is open exclusivery for women).
• This role is intended for candidates at an early stage of their career, with strong learning potential and interest in developing technical skills in data and cloud environments.
• This position is part of a structured development program focused on building foundational capabilities in data and cloud technologies.
• The role provides the opportunity to gain practical experience while supporting data-related activities under the guidance of experienced team members.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree (required) in Software Engineering, Computer Systems, AI Engineering or similar degrees related to Software Development and Technology
• Women fresh graduates with 6+months to 1 years of experience (internships or academic projects are acceptable)
• Advanced English level, capable to have fluent conversations (will be evaluated in the interview)
• Exposure (academic or project-based) to cloud or data tools such as Azure or GCP is desirable
• Basic knowledge of Python
• Foundational knowledge of SQL and basic understanding of data and database concepts
• General understanding of data processing or ETL concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork
