Mission

 

The Hardware Testing Analyst is responsible for planning, designing, and executing hardware test activities for electronic and mechanical systems in compliance with quality management procedures. The role contributes to ensuring product reliability, performance, and regulatory compliance through rigorous testing, analysis, and continuous improvement.

 

What your responsibilities will be

 

  • Define test plans.
  • Execute and/or supervise test plans.
  • Analyze design specifications.
  • Assess design limits and constraints.
  • Design test cases.
  • Design and develop test fixtures and test benches.
  • Execute and/or supervise test cases.
  • Reproduce reported issues and failures.
  • Identify root causes and similar failure modes.
  • Generate test reports and communicate results.

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on engineer with strong analytical skills and a passion for problem-solving.

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Hands-on experience of 3-5 years in designing and executing verification and validation testing activities.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting complex electromechanical systems.
  • Experience can come from various industries, including healthcare, electronics, automotive, industrial equipment, or electro-mechanical products.
  • Dynamic, analytical, and critical thinker with the ability to challenge development assumptions and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
  • Experience with tools such as Jama and Jira is considered an asset.
  • Experience with reliability testing. 
  • You have the ability to interpret technical documentation, specifications, and engineering drawings.
  • Knowledge of standards and regulations related to electrical equipment safety, transportation, medical devices, or similar regulated industries is considered a plus.

Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h (with the same flexible start time).
